Participate in the FSAWWA Water Use Efficiency Division (WUED)

In order for a public water supply utility to implement a cost effective demand management program, and conform to requirements for a water management district permit, a dedicated staff person needs not only to be assigned the water conservation role, but needs to belong to a group of dedicated conservation professionals. The FSAWWA Water Use Efficiency Division offers that opportunity.

Study after study has shown that properly planned implementation of water conservation “Best Management Practices” (BMPs) can enhance a utility’s water supply at costs far below that of other “Alternative Water Supplies”.

Join a WUED committee, learn more about conservation best management practices, and help make things happen. For further information on WUED activities or to offer suggestions,
Email:
Division Chair Bruce Adams: badams@emcengineers.com
